Flex2power, Seid and Crust harvest presented to 35 delegates from the world's third largest bank on monday
Earlier this week, a mexican business delegation from BBVA en México, the third largest bank in the world, visited Norway with 35 top leaders wishing to explore investment opportunities in Norway's emerging green technology solutions landscape.
In collaboration with our co-hosts, Stavanger Business Region and Invest in Rogaland, the official investment promotion agency of Rogaland County, we organized a full-day gathering at Natvigs Minde Island outside Stavanger.
This event showcased our region's strengths and demonstrated how we leverage our extensive experience in the oil, gas, and maritime industries for the energy transition, highlighting three key investment opportunities in renewable energy.
Energy Transition Norway member companies and cluster projects Flex2power, SEID ColdSpark, and Crust Harvest presented on offshore wind, solar power, wave power, hydrogen, CCUS, and geothermal energy production.
In addition, Kjetil Bergsvåg from Invest in Rogaland discussed investment opportunities in the region more broadly, Anne Woie talked about Stavanger’s history and future as the Energy Capital of Norway, and Egil Aanestad from Energy Transition Norway explained how the cluster supports the global oil and gas industry in its energy transition.
