Innovation Norway Seoul invites Norwegian companies to join the program
The Korean government has set a goal of reaching 14GW of offshore wind energy by 2030, and this has presented significant opportunities for Norwegian suppliers in the Korean market. The Innovation Norway office in Seoul has developed a market overview that has identified many areas of opportunity for Norwegian companies.
The timing is right as Innovation Norway South Korea has recently launched the Global Growth program for OW Korea, and they are currently seeking companies to join the program.
The Global Growth program will equip participating companies with the skills, competencies, and networks needed to secure contracts in the South Korean offshore wind market.
In short, the program aims to help Norwegian suppliers get access to the Korean market by offering support, guidance, and valuable insights on how to navigate the industry's complexities.
This program is particularly relevant given the Korean government's focus on floating offshore wind development. Norwegian suppliers will be able to offer unique solutions that meet the needs of the Korean market.
Companies interested in learning more are urged to get in touch with Innovation Norway in Seoul. A Teams meeting will be arranged for further information and presentation.
