ETN Christmas Seminar in DNB Arena
With today's backdrop: What should now be prioritized in the energy transition?
SRE facilitates EU project participation, benefiting ETN's members through its presence in Brussel.
Energy Transition Norway has recently become a member of Stavanger Region European Office (SRE). Established in Brussels in 1993, the office serves as a competence center for the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA), with the aim of contributing to the growth and development of Rogaland region.
One of the primary objectives of SRE is to facilitate participation in EU projects by building European networks and connecting regional actors with European project seekers. The office's physical presence in Brussels enables close proximity to the European Commission, application developers, and the most suitable project partners, which will be of great advantage for Energy Transition Norway's members.
By joining SRE, Energy Transition Norway gains access to a vast network of European partners, expertise, and funding opportunities, strenghtening Energy Transition Norway's position as a key player in driving the innovation pace in the energy transition in Norway and beyond.
The membership fee is covered by Rogaland County Municipality.
- We are looking forward to closer collaboration with Stavanger Region European Office and are excited to become even better acquainted with the activities in Brussels and the EU, says Egil Aanestad, CEO of Energy Transition Norway who visited Brussels last week for the celebration of the office's 30th anniversary.
